Came out customer wanted to get his master valve but we found it in 5 minutes. He stated he’d replaced the solenoid himself.
Replaced 2 zone valves, for zones 6&8. All valves are together on the left side by the window. 2 heads in the front left zone 2 3 heads in the east zone 5 1 head in the south by the back fence zone 6 1 head in the back zone 7
A pvb was replaced but no warranty will be given since it is connected to the wrong outlet. 3 estimates will be sent.
Repaired broken lateral pipe between garage and patio
Replaced (2) leaking rotors and (1) rotor thats gear went bad. Replaced (1) cracked pop up. Repaired (1) broken pipe.
A leak was detected and it was determined that a valve was letting a little water pass through. Valve number 5 was replaced. An estimate will be sent since it has different problems around the house. Today he just wanted to repair the valve leak and I sent him an estimate
Full system check shows leaking and sticking up heads,also leaking rotors in backyard;some work about spacing recommended since there’s rotors in wrong spots. Zone #5 doesn’t work and busted pipe by garage
